Individuals and organizations use commitments not used the services of company Vihat technology to send, spread the following
- Advertising, goods or services listed in foreign currencies (USD, EUR, ...)
- Advertising nature of ethnic discrimination, racism, violate freedom of belief and religion.
- Advertise with nature stimulates violence, horror; use of unfair terms or the offensive slogan.
- Advertise with the aim of disturbing public order, undermine national security, damaging habits and customs or illegal business.
- Ads that use the phrase "United States" or ads that use images of individuals with anti-communist ideology.
- Using images of leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam.
- Advertise with image maps of Vietnam but without the Paracels and Spratlys.
- Using the names or images of organizations and individuals to advertise without the approval of organizations and individuals.
- Drug advertising has not been granted registration or registration expire, was excluded from the list of drugs for use; medicines already registered but suspended from circulation; devices medical equipment without permission to use, medical services have not been allowed to perform in Vietnam. In case of violation of the above, individuals and organizations will be responsible before the law.
